Debbie is a graduate of the University of East Anglia and has extensive experience in research and statistical analysis. Prior to joining Elisabeth in 2004, Debbie worked for Ford Motor Company in various roles which included data management, procurement, IT systems development and management/user training.

Since joining Onset she has been responsible for data collection, market research, analysis and interpretation of client systems data, one to one interviewing (telephone & in person) and report generation. She has been involved in projects across sectors including Universities, unusual/leisure venues, corporate clients and central government.

Debbie also oversees Key Locations as the General Manager and is a Director of Onset Solutions Ltd. Turpin Smale (Partners)
