First we listen, then we start the research on your behalf and within 24 hours we will respond with a minimum of three options. We then discuss these options and the merits of each. Arrange site visits if you require, or agree to keep searching. You will also receive a detailed proposal. Just to reiterate this is completely at no charge. You have piece of mind knowing we have exhaustively contacted all the suitable venues which will meet your exact requirements. The final decision is still yours we are here to save you time and add depth.

Partnering in approach not dictated to by corporate deals or enticement. Totally independant since 1999 we have weathered recessions, bird, swine and mad cow, erupting volcanoes and competitors a plenty but flourished through hard work, amazing clients and knowing our industry.

In 1997 Elisabeth formed Onset Solutions in 1997 (until present) which offers consultancy in events, sales, marketing and PR. Elisabeth is a member of the Institute of Hospitality, works closely with the Meetings Industry Association (MIA) and was a board member in 2008. She was also elected in 2007 as a Councillor for the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) and involved in RBWM Tourism strategy team. In 2013 she was awarded a Hon MBA from the University of West London for her work with the event management students. In 1999 (until present) Elisabeth formed Key Locations UK and we started initially from an office in Elisabeth’s home, then progressed to under the railway arches and now rent some lovely offices at the Tarbay Centre Windsor capably and professionally supported by the team. We are proud and delighted to report we still have a great number of our earliest clients.

Our Team

Key Locations was formed in 1991 by Elisabeth Barton-Grew, Owner and Director. Based in Windsor, specializing in venues and events in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and London. The team has grown by providing consistently good advice, working on a one-to-one basis with clients and with a friendly and efficient approach.
